I am very fond of, but I am not an artist at all. Then you need a lot of power and speed to render a complete complex scene, and since I am working on a laptop that isn't mine, I lack both time's aspects. In anycase and anyhow here my production.

This is the logo of the Tor Vergata University in Rome, made 3D with the POV Ray raytracer. The POV code has switches for adding animation, that e.g. can be made using tools like gifsicle and Netpbm to convert from PNG to GIF, when povray does not support GIF output directly. You can/have to play with antialiasing, background color, and so on to make it look better. [See Meta(font) section too] |
